Arpan Das is a first year PhD student in the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Graduate Research Assistant affiliated with the Electrical and Computer Engineering department, where he is co-advised by Prof. Jeffrey Andrews and Prof. Kaushik Chowdhury. He received his B. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, India, in 2023; and his M. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, in 2025. His research interests include wireless communication, communication networks, deep learning and generative models in communication, optimization techniques.
