Vini Chaudhary is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at GENESYS Lab, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Northeastern University, directed by Prof. Kaushik Roy Chowdhury. She received her Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Swades De from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India, in 2021. Prior to this, she received her M.Tech degree in Signal Processing and Communication Networks from the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kanpur, India, in 2016 and B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India, in 2013. She also worked as an Assistant System Engineer in Tata Consultancy Services Limited from Aug 2013 - Jun 2014. She was a recipient of the TCS Research Scholar fellowship (2016-2020).
Her research interests include Machine Learning and Signal Processing in Beyond 5G Wireless Communication applications, Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces, MIMO, Green Sensing and Communication for Centralized and Distributed WSN-based IoT applications, Trade-off Optimization, Sparse Signal Processing (Compressed Sensing, Bayesian Learning), and Radar Signal Processing (MIMO Radars).
